The bike course is a 12 mile loop with one really big hill. At the bottom of the long downhill, there is a sharp right hand turn. Slow down for it, please!. Then the terrain is a little rolly, but mainly downhill back to the transition area. Quadmultisport, the official bicycle mechanic and support for the 2009 FIRM Race Series, will provide support on the bicycle course.
The run course is a 3 mile loop with just a little bit of elevation change in it. Then it's under the FIRM Finish banner and time to join the festivities. |
